We are committed to creating meaningful social, environmental, and economic change in our communities., As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own end-to-end data analysis, from shaping data releases to delivering actionable business insights through Power BI dashboards and in-depth analytical deep dives. You will ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality data products that support informed decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners-including Data Analysts, BI Analysts, Data Engineers, Data QA Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers-to collect, structure, and analyze data sources and datamarts. Your work will drive product and business insights, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen overall data quality as we continue to scale as a data-driven organization. Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and curate existing data sources to support Product and Business stakeholders in making informed decisions
- Own key components of the analytical lifecycle, from data exploration through insight delivery
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure correct interpretation and usage of datasets through clear technical definitions and documentation
- Design, build, and deliver in-depth reporting and dashboards using Power BI
- Perform data wrangling and transformations using SQL on analytical databases
- Partner with data teams to contribute to data management and governance, including SOPs for data ingestion and datamart creation
- Derive insights from user engagement and product analytics to optimize operations and improve business outcomes
- Mentor junior analysts, championing best practices in analysis, visualization, and stakeholder engagement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 6+ years of experience in data analysis, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end analytical projects
- Extensive experience working with OLAP databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Python (3.5 or later) and geospatial querying
- Experience in the real estate domain
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Deep, hands-on expertise in SQL
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Ability to distill non-technical stakeholder needs into user-centric, consumable analyses and reports
- Working knowledge of data ETL and processing techniques
- Ability to leverage AI tooling to support technical documentation, reporting, and testing
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes
