Job description
- Transformation Leadership: Drive and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across organisational functions, aligning with client goals and business value.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to assess current state, define future vision, and co-create actionable roadmaps and solutions.
- Business Analysis & Insight: Analyse data, processes, and structures to identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Project Execution: Execute project deliverables, lead workshops and demos, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Change Enablement: Facilitate change interventions, capability-building sessions, and training to support adoption and long-term impact.
- Tooling & Systems Support: Configure and maintain tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring documentation and change tracking are up to date.
- Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with clients, foster collaboration, and uphold high standards of professionalism and delivery.
- Practice Development: Lead or contribute to specific practice areas (e.g., digital transformation, change management), thought leadership, and internal initiatives.
- Risk & Quality Management: Monitor progress, flag risks, apply feedback, and ensure consistent quality across all outputs.
- Business Development: Support proposal creation, client engagement, and market analysis to drive growth and opportunity.
Requirements
- Have at least 8 years of professional experience in IT project delivery, ideally within a Statement of Work (SoW) environment.
- Are fluent in both Dutch and English (minimum on C1 level).
- Have a higher Education degree (Bachelor's or Master's Degree) from a recognised university.
- Have a proven track record in facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and conducting end-user training.
- Have Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in project build, test, and launch phases.
- Have strong background in business analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Have solid understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles.
- Are proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Are analytical, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Have SAFe certifications (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe Product Owner, SAFe for Teams).
