Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Developer with strong technical expertise and proven experience in software development and IT project management. This is a hands-on role where you will code, design, and deliver systems, while also driving projects forward with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.
You will play a key role in managing integrations, ensuring stability and security across platforms, and delivering innovative solutions that improve performance and productivity. Alongside coding, you'll take responsibility for mentoring juniors, leading small projects, and ensuring technical execution aligns with organizational goals.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on both deep technical challenges and structured project delivery., Successfully lead and deliver IT development projects from scope to implementation.
- Hands-on coding in PHP, JavaScript, Python (or equivalent modern frameworks).
- Knowledgeably and effectively manage and optimize core platforms such as WordPress and Moodle.
- Correctly oversee and maintain databases and integrations (MySQL, AWS, APIs).
- Ensure that system security, monitoring, backups, and regulatory compliance are carried out correctly.
- Correctly test, troubleshoot, and adjust systems to ensure effective operation.
- Effectively and correctly evaluate risks, develop recovery processes, and manage hardware/software upgrades.
- Professionally mentor junior developers and support professional growth within the team.
- Coordinate effectively the project delivery with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Strong programming background with proven great delivery in modern web technologies.
- Significant experience in IT project management.
- Proficiency with AWS, Linux environments, and database management.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams.
- Strong understanding of IT security, authentication, and monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
