OverviewWe are seeking a visionary Chief Transformation Officer to design and execute group-wide transformation programmes that deliver quantum improvements in our organisation's performance.The CTrO will orchestrate and drive complex, high-impact initiatives across the Access Group, establishing transformation programmes with clear outcomes, building and leading delivery teams, driving rapid execution, and ensuring successful handover to operational leaders.This role demands exceptional programme leadership, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, deep transformation expertise, and the capability to deliver multiple high-stakes initiatives concurrently.The CTrO will build a lean, high-performing transformation team and establish the governance, methodologies, and momentum needed to achieve breakthrough results within aggressive timelines.Key accountabilities and responsibilitiesStrategic transformation leadership - Define and execute group-wide transformation strategy that delivers quantum performance improvements across all business functions; partner with executive leadership to identify breakthrough transformation opportunities and establish aggressive delivery timelines; orchestrate complex, high-impact initiatives that reshape organizational capabilities and competitive positioning; build and lead cross-functional transformation teams that drive rapid execution.Organisational change management - Design and implement comprehensive change strategies that achieve pervasive adoption; create a "quantum thinking" culture; develop compelling communication strategies that engage stakeholders at all levels; establish Centres of Excellence with transformation champions; establish world-class governance with real-time dashboards and accountability frameworks; build a lean transformation office; implement industry-leading programme standards and tools; create comprehensive handover strategies for seamless value delivery to operational teams.Leadership & team development - Build and lead an elite transformation office that combines external talent with internal champions; collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment and coordination across divisions; champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; implement consistent transformation methodologies for predictable delivery and measurable breakthrough results.Key performance indicators - Achieve exceptional benefits realisation across transformation programmes with minimal business disruption; deliver initiatives that generate quantum performance improvements; establish rapid delivery cycles with breakthrough results measured in weeks; achieve high adoption rates across organisational functions; drive industry-leading change adoption through stakeholder engagement.Skills, knowledge, experience and qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred12+ years of progressive leadership experience in transformation, management consulting, or strategic change management, including at least 7 years in senior leadership rolesIdeally experience working in Private Equity-backed environmentsDeep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applicationsExperience with transformation frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking)Knowledge of enterprise architecture and systems integrationExperience with global, multi-site transformation initiativesSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyManagementStrategy/PlanningIndustriesTechnologyInformation and MediaInformation ServicesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
