Job description

In this pivotal role, you'll sit at the heart of product development, driving initiatives that directly impact conversion, attachment rate, average order value and overall customer experience. You'll translate business goals and customer needs into a clear product vision - and rally cross-functional teams to bring it to life.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, grounded in market trends, data and customer insights.
  • Create, manage, and prioritise the product backlog, crafting clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead feature prioritisation to maximise impact on conversion and AOV performance.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring products address real pain points and deliver meaningful value.
  • Facilitate effective working practices across the squad - including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, UX/UI, design, technology, and QA teams.
  • Use analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and track KPIs.
  • Ensure all releases meet rigorous quality standards and are thoroughly tested before deployment.

Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate daily with: Technology, QA, Data & Insight, Commercial, Marketing, Design, and external agency and technology partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in owning and managing digital products, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum ways of working.
  • Solid technical understanding of digital retail products and software development.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and negotiate trade-offs effectively.
