We are humble and genuine in our pursuit of being better every day., Responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology, systems and process analysis, data analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI. As the company's interface with all things digital and electronic, this role will play a pivotal part in driving our digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the effective utilization of technology to enhance our business operations. This role will be joining our senior leadership team., Technology Strategy and Leadership:
• Develop and execute the company's overall digital and technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership on emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, automation, and data analytics.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends, evaluate their potential impact on the organization, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.

IT Infrastructure and Systems Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
• Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to safeguard our digital assets and sensitive information.
• Stay current with cybersecurity threats and ensure the organisations defences are resilient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs, evaluate vendors, and implement new systems or upgrades.

Systems and Process Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and design optimized workflows.
• Drive process reengineering initiatives, leveraging technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Data Analytics and Business Intelligence:

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to extract valuable insights from internal and external data sources.
• Lead data-driven decision-making processes, working closely with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance on data governance, data quality, and data privacy initiatives to ensure compliance and maximize the value of data assets.

Digital Transformation and Innovation:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and drive innovation across the organization.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, promoting the adoption of digital tools and solutions throughout the company.
• Champion the use of AI, automation, and other technologies to drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and competitive advantage.

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * 8+ years of experience in IT, including senior leadership responsibility.

• Proven experience building and scaling IT functions in a growing organisation
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and modern SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of IT security, compliance (e.g. SOC 2/ ISO 271001) and risk management
• Experience owning IT strategy, budgeting and vendor management
• Track record of building high-performing teams and delivering reliable, scalable IT operations
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
