Job description
We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to take technical ownership of our core enterprise ecosystem - driving architecture, integration strategy, and data governance across:
- NetSuite (ERP)
- Shopify (eCommerce)
- HubSpot (CRM)
- Celigo (iPaaS)
This is not a support-only role. This is a systems leadership position for someone who understands ERP architecture, integration design, and scalable automation - and can build robust solutions that support international growth., * Define and evolve the integration architecture between NetSuite, Shopify, HubSpot and third-party platforms.
- Lead the design, optimisation and governance of Celigo (or equivalent iPaaS) integrations.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of all cloud-based systems.
eCommerce & Data Governance Leadership
- Own Shopify * NetSuite data integrity, order flows and product synchronisation.
- Design and enforce data standards for:
- Product structures & matrices
- Attributes & metafields
- Collections & categorisation
- Naming conventions & schema design
- Establish governance frameworks to prevent data drift and duplication.
NetSuite Advanced Administration
- Lead NetSuite configuration (roles, workflows, custom records, saved searches).
- Develop and maintain Suite Script enhancements (where required).
- Support Finance and Operations with process automation and optimisation.
Systems Performance & Automation
- Monitor and optimise Celigo integrator.io flows.
- Troubleshoot API failures, payload issues, webhook errors and sync mismatches.
- Drive automation initiatives to remove manual processes across teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Act as the senior escalation point (3rd line support).
- Oversee vendors and external implementation partners.
- Mentor and elevate the Core Systems team.
Security, Compliance & Infrastructure Awareness
- Maintain data quality, audit trails, and compliance standards.
- Support secure architecture across cloud platforms.
- Contribute to best practices around integrations, DNS, and hybrid environments.
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, Essential Experience
- 4+ years hands-on NetSuite administration (ERP ownership level).
- Proven Shopify + NetSuite integration experience.
- Strong Celigo integrator.io experience (or Boomi/MuleSoft equivalent).
- Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and webhook architecture.
- Experience in eCommerce order lifecycle, fulfilment, and operational workflows.
- Demonstrable experience improving systems, not just maintaining them.
Highly Desirable
- Suite Script development.
- Shopify Liquid/theme understanding.
- HubSpot advanced workflows & custom objects.
- Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- EDI or WMS integration experience.
- Experience in high-growth or international scaling businesses., * Commercially aware - you understand systems exist to drive business performance.
- Analytical and solutions focused.
- Comfortable challenging inefficient processes.
- Calm under pressure and structured in approach.
- An excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
You must:
- Be eligible to work full-time in the UK.
- Be willing to work onsite in Malmesbury (this is not a remote role).
