JUNIOR

PRO
This is where the magic happens. You could be an account manager, graphic designer, videographer. You already have some experience and now you're working directly with our global sports, lifestyle and photography clients.
SENIOR
You're a great motivator and thrive on taking the lead, driving projects through from concept to completion, giving direction and sharing knowledge, while developing your own experience.
LEAD
Now is the time to help shape creative and strategic vision, for example as Art Director, Head of Communications or Content Creation. You're already an experienced leader, full of ideas and ready to take on full responsibility.
TEAM LEAD
The most senior leadership role - you'll be working directly with the CEO, leading and managing a department and working on budgets, planning, strategy development, business opportunities and human resources.
Requirements
Are a results-driven team player with a natural problem-solving ability. Want to work on a broad spectrum of digital projects from focused websites to complex web applications and API-driven solutions Enjoy working on both internal digital initiatives and external client projects Have good communication skills and are open to discussing solutions with other members of the team. Value close collaboration in a cross-functional setup (UX, PM, Development) Have knowledge about agile software development (Kanban/Scrum). Have knowledge in using Version Control Software (Git). Have experience with integrating 3rd party services and APIs into existing software. Possess strong object-oriented PHP skills and REST API creation experience. Have professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React and Vue. Have knowledge about continuous integration systems (GitHub, Gitlab CI). Are a self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Have a genuine passion for the latest web technologies. Care about quality, scalability and building digital products that create real impact
Following skills would also be an advantage: Knowledge of PHP Frameworks (Zend, Laravel, Symfony). Experience with Nuxt.js for server-side rendering and static site generation. Familiarity with performance-optimized libraries like Preact. Familiarity with a modern CMS (WordPress, Drupal, TYPO3). Experience maintaining legacy PHP codebases.
