Job description
We are looking for experienced SAP Basis (Senior) Consultant with a passion to provide excellent customer support mainly for our MEE/EMEA customers base and drive projects around technical services and SAP solutions operated by Enterprise Cloud Services.
The Role:
As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will analyze customer's business requirements or technical problem statements and act as a technical advisor and problem solver to clients and our internal stakeholders.
This includes different technical tasks (hands-on execution based on tickets and advisory) out of the following areas: technical configuration & integration of SAP software, release upgrades, application lifecycle management as well as day-to-day operations and maintenance of technical SAP landscapes.
In addition, you will also work on changing our system setup/configuration guidelines, validating new applications, designing work instructions or drive automation initiatives. You will also focus on designing and conducting knowledge transfer to the global Operations community and creating technical documentation, incl. technical operational concepts, process flows and guidelines., For information on the responsible use of AI in our recruitment process, please refer to our Guidelines for Ethical Usage of AI in the Recruiting Process. Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP HANA?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 2-10 years' experience in SAP NetWeaver administration (ABAP and Java Basis)
- Good hands-on basis experience with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector or Business Objects solutions
- Good technical knowledge/experience in the area of technical FIORI enablement, FIORI administration, SSO, SSL and integration technologies
- Good background in software architecture and cloud technology
- Good knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform
- Experience with SAP HANA 2.0 and HANA XSA is an advantage
- Experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes
- Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies Management
You should have very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as very good communication, presentation and networking skills. Working effectively in international and virtual teams should be something you are used to do.
