Job description
In this role, you'll lead through technical expertise, working hand-in-hand with our Admin Team Lead to bring our Admins to the next level. You'll be the go-to person for complex platform challenges, ensuring best practices, performance, and scalability - all while collaborating with a cross-functional team of Admins, Developers, and Product Managers to deliver end-to-end solutions., * Own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem (Sales and Service Cloud), with a focus on platform stability, data quality, and performance
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable configuration, automation, and platform governance
- Act as the senior technical reference within the Admin team - reviewing solutions, supporting complex issues, and promoting quality standards
- Work closely with Developers to align declarative and programmatic approaches and ensure platform scalability
- Drive excellence in change management, documentation, and system lifecycle processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, working with Product Managers, Admins, and Developers
- Roll out new features and enable internal users through training, guidance, and best practice sharing
- Collaborate with our Admin Team Lead to uplift the overall capability of the Admin team - offering mentoring and sparring without taking on formal people management
- Contribute to projects across multiple business areas and support strong communication between technical and non-technical teams
Operational Excellence
- Proactively monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and integration
- Help manage and continuously improve support processes, including resolution of high-priority tickets
- Contribute to GDPR readiness, audit controls, MFA/SSO strategies, and access model improvements
- Participate in our GitHub-based CI/CD environment to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Custom Objects, and more
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud; relevant certifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of data architecture, relational databases, and platform scalability
- Comfortable working in agile teams and iterating quickly with diverse stakeholders
- Confident in reviewing solution designs, mentoring Admin colleagues, and working with Developers and Product Managers
- Be a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and driving improvements
- Be comfortable with technical concepts like APEX, Java, or integration frameworks
- Bonus: familiarity with Talkdesk CTI, middleware tools, or experience in GitHub-based release processes
