Job description
Enpal Salesforce team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will be owning a "Domain" (like Customer Acquisition) from a product and platform perspective and work closely with internal team members and cross-collaborate with other tech and product teams. Salesforce might not always be the best solution.
You have to be able to support, consult and challenge business / operations and come up with options to solve topics in and outside of Salesforce in a future-proof manner. You are owning the priorities of your Domain and are working with our engineering managers to find the best solutions - for the actual business problems, not the imagined ones ("Can I get another field for …?").
You are really passionate about strategy, measuring product impact or the solar (and heatpump) industry. Or the platform development itself. Or new tools. Anything really - because we want people in our team to actually own topics.
- You act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce to the business in your Domain
- You write good and concise User stories
- You have a deep urge to understand (and document) business processes - and you like to shape them
- You are reasonably friendly and diplomatic, but can also say No.
- You have a deep knowledge of configuration and limitations of Salesforce and ideally experience with other tools
- Depending on focus you have a full understanding of Org governance (governor limits, coding / flow best practices, maintain overall system configuration, change control and enhancements)
- Present changes/system enhancements and overall training to diverse audiences, including senior management
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Architect mindset: Knowledge of relational databases design concepts and management
- Experience working within Agile project management processes - you can deal with ambiguity
- Outstanding analytical, business process and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues
- Salesforce Administrator, Solution Architect or Consultant certifications a plus
- Project Management Certificate a plus
- B.S. or a B.A. degree or similar work experience
