You'll work at the interface between system and operations and serve as the key point of contact for SAP users in the day-to-day business., * Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP users in logistics and warehouse operations

• Analyze and resolve system issues and review postings in SAP MM, SD, or EWM
• Process support tickets and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
• Maintain master data and user authorizations; support SAP testing and process improvements
• Assist daily operations such as goods receipt, picking, and inventory postings

Do you have experience in SAP Materials Management?, * Proven experience with SAP, for example as a Key User, SAP user, or in SAP support

• Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, or EWM is desirable
• Confident handling of system-driven processes
• English or German language skills at least at B1 level
• Willingness to work a two-shift schedule (early and late shifts), * Are you able to commute to the workplace independently, for example by car?

• SAP: 1 year (Preferred)

• English or German min. B1 level (Preferred)

• €17.65 per hour / up to €2,676 gross per month based on full-time (35-hour week)
