Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager to collaborate with the Business Solutions (Human Pharma) department. This role provides support in managing and coordinating global and local projects and initiatives related to the core platforms, systems, and processes managed by Business Solutions that support the organization (CRM, reporting, etc.).
Acting as a central point of orchestration between various stakeholders, the Project Manager will ensure the efficient, aligned, and documented execution of every initiative. They will function as a PMO, supporting planning, governance, reporting, risks, dependencies, project monitoring, change management, and training, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, with high quality, and in compliance with internal standards.
This role is essential for structuring, prioritizing, and managing projects, facilitating effective cross-functional work within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Main Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Support: Assist in projects related to Business Solutions systems, platforms, or processes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment between diverse teams.
- Monitoring & Tracking: Oversight of roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Project Governance: Facilitate meetings, draft minutes, and maintain project documentation.
- Change Management & Training: Support the preparation of materials and activities related to training and organizational change.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication with both local and international stakeholders.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Professional Experience: Solid experience in project management (min. 3-5 years) within corporate environments.
- Digital/Tech Background: Proven experience working on technological or digital system projects with cross-functional teams in international settings.
- Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to structure information, prioritize tasks, and coordinate multiple simultaneous initiatives.
Valuable Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge of specific Business Solutions platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM, reporting tools, etc.).
- Formal Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, PMI-ACP, etc.).
