Working at Sky Sports and SKY News offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance environment where innovation, teamwork, and excellence are central to delivering world-class coverage. It is an organisation that values precision, collaboration, and passion for sport, while continuously pushing standards through data, technology, and creativity.

  • Participate in functional and non-functional testing and provide clear, actionable feedback.

  • Assist with diagnosing and resolving technical issues, helping minimise service impact.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as specifications and user guides.

  • Share knowledge within the team to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience with IP networking concepts including TCP/IP, UDP, RTP, VLANs, and transport stream encapsulation.

  • Understanding of system and software testing practices and structured troubleshooting approaches.

  • A collaborative, curious mindset with enthusiasm for learning and applying new broadcast and media technologies, with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
