Job description
Extracting data from various business platforms and consolidating it into spreadsheets for analysis.
Manipulating and restructuring raw data into meaningful formats that provide valuable insights for management.
Producing our monthly business reports, as well as ad hoc reports when required.
Automating long and repetitive tasks, such as order processing, using spreadsheets to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Developing and maintaining reporting tools and spreadsheet templates to streamline workflows.
Supporting the Product Manager and product team with: Preparing and managing product listing forms.
Handling and organising media assets for new and existing products.
Assisting in product setup and updates across our systems.
Supporting the Compliance Team by providing and structuring the data they require for regulatory and operational purposes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in ERP systems?, · Degree in data analytics, mathematics, statistics, business analytics, computer science, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience working with large datasets and producing management reports.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
· Experience in wholesale, FMCG, vape, or retail distribution sectors.
· Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
· Experience with forecasting models or statistical analysis tools.
