Job description
- Contribute to strategy projects: Support client engagements on high-stakes questions around AI adoption, data governance, digital transformation, and business model innovation.
- Conduct research and analysis: Perform market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven analysis to help build clear and actionable recommendations.
- Support end-to-end project delivery: Assist in structuring problems, preparing client workshops, building deliverables, and contributing to implementation roadmaps under the guidance of senior team members.
- Develop client-ready materials: Help create presentations, reports, and frameworks that communicate complex ideas clearly to business and technical audiences.
- Learn and grow continuously: Actively participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions to rapidly build your consulting and data/AI expertise.
- Contribute to team knowledge: Support the creation of internal content such as thought pieces, benchmarks, and methodologies that strengthen Artefact Belgium's expertise and offerings.
Requirements

Artefact Belgium is looking for a Consultant - Strategy & Data/AI to support our client engagements at the intersection of business and technology. - Genuinely curious about data and AI: You don't need to be a programmer, but you are fascinated by what data and AI can do for businesses and motivated to build expertise in this space.
- Clear communicator: You express your ideas clearly in writing and in conversation, and you are excited to develop your ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative team player: You thrive working alongside others, ask good questions, take feedback well, and bring energy and reliability to everything you do.
- Ambitious and growth-oriented: You are driven by learning, hungry for responsibility, and excited to grow quickly in a demanding and supportive environment., * A Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; a strong academic track record is valued.
- A genuine interest in both business and technology - you enjoy tackling complex problems and want to develop a structured, strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms); curiosity and willingness to learn matters more than deep expertise.
- Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus.
- You must be eligible to work in Belgium.
