In deiner Funktion als Systemadministrator / Windows Server Administrator / IT-Infrastruktur-Spezialist **(m/w/d) **stellst du den sicheren und performanten Betrieb unserer Microsoft-basierten Serverlandschaft sicher und entwickelst unsere IT-Systemumgebung kontinuierlich weiter.

DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS

• Installation, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Server Infrastruktur
• Administration und Betrieb unserer Microsoft-Systemlandschaft
• Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Virtualisierungsumgebungen (z. B. VMware vSphere)
• Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten (z. B. Servermigrationen, Systemmodernisierungen, Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen)
• Administration von Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision
• Verwaltung von Storage-, Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
• Drucker-, und Lizenzmanagement
• Erstellung von Skripten zur Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen
• Turnusmäßige Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft (1-2x monatlich, gesondert vergütet)
• Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft & Infrastrukturstrategie

Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Technische Informatik, IT-Management) oder eine Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Windows Server Administration / Systemadministration
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Server Technologien & IT-Infrastrukturen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamplayer (m/w/d) für ein ehrgeiziges und starkes Team mit vertrauensvollem sowie humorvollem Umgang
• Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Cloud Services (Microsoft Entra, Azure)

• Praxiserfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in vSphere, Veeam und NetApp
• Kenntnisse im Bereich VoIP-Telefonie, ISE, WLC, UC
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Office 365
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
