In this role, you will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customizations, integrations, and automation within the Salesforce platform. You will also support data migration, maintain best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem., * Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and related technologies.

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Perform data migrations, transformations, and loading from legacy systems.
• Design and implement complex sharing models and apply Salesforce best practices for declarative and programmatic development.
• Define and execute test plans, ensuring quality, scalability, environment independence, and security.
• Document technical solutions, system architecture, user stories, and development processes.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud, LWC, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proficient in object-oriented design, design patterns, and SQL.
• Experience with deployment and release management tools (Copado, GitHub, or similar).
• Experience writing unit tests and implementing Salesforce integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Salesforce certifications required: Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Developer I or II, App Builder.
