Join us as a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to contribute to a strategic healthcare project focused on Consent & Preferences Management solution built on top of Salesforce's ecosystem.
We are looking for someone to join a multidisciplinary team and provide technical leadership across the project. You will lead requirements workshops, design scalable Salesforce solutions, implement advanced declarative and programmatic logic, and support the full lifecycle of Salesforce deployments., * Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into validated technical designs and end-to-end integration solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of small to mid-sized projects or project phases, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Implement platform-wide configurations including custom objects, security models, validation rules, and complex sharing models (both declarative and programmatic).
- Develop advanced functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework, following modern design patterns and re-use best practices.
- Build complex business logic using Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, classes, and approval processes, with robust error and exception handling.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering code coverage, application behavior, scalability, and security.
- Manage data integrity through migrations and quality checks using Data Loader and ensure deployments and release management via CI/CD tools such as Copado.
- Produce and maintain technical solution designs, process diagrams, UAT plans, and end-user training materials.
- Assist in preparing and delivering application training to key users to ensure long-term adoption.
- Collaborate with Nuvolar's marketing team on thought leadership initiatives, webinars, and industry events., 2️⃣ Technical Exercise - Showcase your approach to assess your skills as a Salesforce Technical Consultant. 3️⃣ Technical Interview - A deep dive into your technical abilities and thought process.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, This role is ideal for someone with extensive Salesforce experience across multiple clouds, strong hands-on development skills, and the ability to guide both stakeholders and technical teams toward high-quality, sustainable solutions., * 5-7 years of experience working with Salesforce across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities and limitations, with the ability to communicate these clearly to clients.
- Proven ability to lead and manage small to mid-sized projects concurrently using project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to capture and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
- Proficient in data modeling, advanced declarative development (Flows), and extensive platform administration.
- Hands-on experience implementing custom Apex and LWC to extend platform functionality, providing technical guidance to the team.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud Consultant.
