Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar).

Proven track record leading engineering teams focused on backend development, platform engineering.

Strong backend development background, ideally with .NET/C#, including API design and micro services architecture.
