Product Owner

Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will define and deliver product roadmaps that align with business strategy. You'll collaborate across the organisation to translate business needs into actionable Agile workstreams, ensuring successful delivery across the full product lifecycle., * Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities

• Provide clear direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders
• Lead workshops to capture and refine detailed requirements
• Manage the full product lifecycle - from user stories through UAT and sign-off
• Maintain and prioritise a well-structured product backlog
• Plan and manage releases to meet key milestones
• Develop business cases and prioritise epics, themes, and stories for maximum impact
• Lead release schedules and communicate clear delivery expectations
• Produce clear and engaging release notes
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and sprint impediments
• Conduct market, user, and competitor research to inform product strategy
• Champion Agile/Scrum best practices

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Confident using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Experience within hospitality or retail is advantageous (but not essential)
