Job description
As a Data Architect at Sopra Steria, you will play a key role in shaping data strategies and designing end-to-end solutions for clients across various industries. You will define and implement data architectures that support business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. By analysing customer needs and translating them into robust data models and frameworks, you'll deliver solutions that turn data into actionable insights. Leveraging your expertise across the entire data value chain, you will guide clients through their digital transformation journey and support the successful implementation of Sopra Steria's diverse portfolio of data services.

You'll have knowledge and experience of the following:
- You have a background in Data Engineering or Data Analyses.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Architect.
- You are able to design and set up end-to-end data solutions.
- You collect, analyze and match customer demand with a meaningful design.
- You have good knowledge and experience with SQL, Data modeling concepts and ETL best practices.
- You have practical experience with Microsoft cloud or comparable alternatives.
- Knowledge of a programming language like Python is a plus.
- Experience with using and implementing AI in your and the client's workflow is a plus.
- You have analytical thinking, communication skills and a practical attitude.
- You are proficient in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a must.
