Job description

  • Maintain, analyse, troubleshoot, and repair web-based application issues.
  • Document and upgrade software systems as required.
  • Provide second-level support to users, including account management (rights, security, system groups).
  • Collaborate with teams managing dependent applications and suppliers to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform minor application or infrastructure changes (eg, scripts, batch jobs) to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Windows Server OS and Azure Cloud.
  • Experience with network and security concepts.
  • Knowledge of service management (ITIL) and structured, process-oriented environments.
  • Ability to read code and write scripts for troubleshooting.
  • Language skills: German,English
