Job description
Senior Software UI/FrontEnd TechLead vacancy for our Zug based client in the Pharma sector.
Your tasks:
- Guide and direct the software development efforts of a cross-functional Scrum team, ensuring architectural concepts are well implemented
- Design and develop innovative software solutions for Embedded user interfaces, meeting regulatory requirements and system quality attributes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions
- Mentor and empower team members, fostering a collaborative environment and technical excellence
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
Your experience/knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development/Engineering for Embedded systems; experience in a regulated environment is beneficial
- Strong expertise in React and experience with developing Embedded user interfaces using Rust, C++, or similar
- Proven ability to solve complex technical issues creatively and effectively, using multi-faceted approaches
- Experience with Electron or Tauri is an advantage
- Language skills: English
