What we expect from you:
Your Role:
- Explore new technologies, AI approaches, and UX trends, evaluate their potential, and translate them into concrete application scenarios.
- Develop product concepts, user journeys, use cases, and interaction models that are both inspiring and practical.
- Ensure a consistent storyline across all requirements and deliverables - from user flows and UI Guidelines to pitch decks and presentations.
- Structure complex requirements, scope, priorities, and project goals clearly and comprehensibly.
- Act as the primary conceptual contact for clients, lead workshops and trainings, and guide decision-making processes confidently.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from UX/UI, development, content, and concept art, providing conceptual direction and alignment.
- Support Sales and Marketing with conceptual and technical insights as well as pre-sales materials
Requirements
- Degree in (Media) Computer Science, IT, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in digital product conception, software development environments, or innovation-driven projects.
- Strong skills in structuring information, technology analysis, storytelling, and clear communication.
- Strong German and English skills (B2 or higher).
- Service-oriented mindset, creativity, adaptability, and a reliable hands-on approach.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to take on responsibility.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
