Business Intelligence Specialist

Role purpose: Deliver accurate, actionable insights by transforming data into trusted dashboards, reports, and analytics that support business decision-making., * Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions.

• Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate business needs into measurable KPIs and data models.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, queries, and semantic layers to ensure performance and reliability.
• Validate data quality, reconcile discrepancies, and document data definitions and reporting logic.
• Analyze trends and drivers; provide insights, recommendations, and ad hoc analysis as needed.

• Analytics: KPI design, statistical reasoning, and ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Quality and governance: Data validation, documentation, and version-controlled development workflows.
• Collaboration: Stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, and clear written communication.
