UI Designer / Design Systems Expert

As a UI Designer / Design Systems Expert, you shape high-quality, scalable user interfaces that empower teams to build consistently and efficiently across digital platforms. You excel in visual design, component-based thinking, and turning complex systems into clear, usable design frameworks.

You will create and maintain design system components, collaborate with development teams (React/CSS), and ensure a high standard of visual coherence across products. Your expertise ensures that every interface is accessible, performant, and aligned with brand and product goals.

Because this is a consultancy-driven role, you will work embedded within client teams-supporting adoption, governance, and communication around the design system. A strong sense of structure, detail, problem-solving, and flexibility will help you succeed. Interest in modern design tooling and AI-supported workflows is highly valued.

• Strong visual design fundamentals
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and how UI connects to frontend development
• Familiarity with React component structures (nice to have)
• Accessibility & design guidelines knowledge
• Interest or experience in AI-assisted UI workflows
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Languages: English
