IT Project Manager Consultant

This is a consultancy mission at a leading financial institution, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Project Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed on client projects, working on-site and collaborating closely with client teams to deliver impactful results., * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined objectives and scope, under the consultancy model of Keystone Solutions.

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring the desired results are achieved, resources are used efficiently, and all stakeholders' interests are satisfied.
• Work within an Agile Scrum Tribe, reporting to the IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment focused on delivery, security, and collaboration.
• Coordinate and oversee deliveries across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with IT Tribe leads.
• Ensure commitments are met regarding deadlines, quality, and budget in collaboration with technical teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to project progress.
• Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with various teams and ensure effective communication and reporting.
• Communicate daily with the IT Tribe Lead.
• Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking.
• Prepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings., * As a consultant, you will experience a dynamic variety of projects and challenges across different client environments.

Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a complex Agile environment.

• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
• Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions is preferable.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
• Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
