This is a consultancy mission at a leading financial institution, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Project Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed on client projects, working on-site and collaborating closely with client teams to deliver impactful results., * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined objectives and scope, under the consultancy model of Keystone Solutions.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring the desired results are achieved, resources are used efficiently, and all stakeholders' interests are satisfied.
- Work within an Agile Scrum Tribe, reporting to the IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment focused on delivery, security, and collaboration.
- Coordinate and oversee deliveries across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with IT Tribe leads.
- Ensure commitments are met regarding deadlines, quality, and budget in collaboration with technical teams.
- Identify and remove impediments to project progress.
- Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with various teams and ensure effective communication and reporting.
- Communicate daily with the IT Tribe Lead.
- Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking.
- Prepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings., * As a consultant, you will experience a dynamic variety of projects and challenges across different client environments.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a complex Agile environment.
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
- Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions is preferable.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
- Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Leadership and ability to unite cross-functional teams.
