Job description
As an Engagement Manager / Project Manager you will help our customers to drive successfully SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering transformative solutions that enable organizations to achieve their business objectives in the digital landscape.
- Project Management: lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of SAP solutions
- Client Engagement: establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction
- Team Coordination: coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
- Scope Management: define project scope, manage changes, and mitigate risks
- Business Development: identify opportunities for business growth and drive sales, * Scale & Impact: Lead engagements with significant budgets, international teams, and strategic business impact.

Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree combined with 5+ years of SAP project experience with at least 2 years in a project management role.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address client concerns and negotiate win-win solutions
- Business acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive sales
- A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude with focus on delivering quality
- A native speaker Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
