Data Warehouse Reporting Developer, Brussels (near-site) - EU Public Institution

The Senior Data Warehouse Reporting Developer will design, develop, and maintain reportingoriented data warehouse structures, ensuring highquality, reliable, and welldocumented data assets. The role involves analysing and formalising business reporting needs, implementing robust SQLbased extraction and transformation processes, and developing dashboards, reports, and analytical views. The expert will collaborate closely with business analysts, data owners, and project stakeholders in a multicultural environment, ensuring compliance with governance rules and data quality standards. The position requires strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to work with sensitive information under strict confidentiality. A Personal Security Clearance may be required by DG DEFIS.

Tasks:

• Analyse and structure business and reporting requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse and reporting structures.

• Implement SQLbased ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical views using BI tools.

• Ensure data quality, documentation, and compliance with governance standards.

Specific expertise:

• Data warehouse design, development, and maintenance.

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Strong SQL for extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Experience with BI/reporting tools (dashboards, analytical views).

• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration.

• Data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical).

• Understanding of data governance, metadata, and data lifecycle.

• Understanding of data quality validation and monitoring.

• Experience in largescale corporate data environments (asset).
