Working Student Software Development, AI Entwicklung, LLM's /x)

• As a Working Student (f/m/d/x), you will support us with the deployment and integration of Large Language Models for company-wide use.
• Together with an experienced, interdisciplinary team, you will manage Large Language Models, from GPT and Anthropic models to open-source models, and make them usable for our colleagues worldwide.
• You will contribute to benchmarking and the evaluation of new models and frameworks.
• You will ensure quality and efficiency by applying software engineering best practices.
• You will work in an agile team with developers, ML engineers, and true AI enthusiasts.
• You will advise on AI use cases to enable and enhance AI adoption.

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
• You bring experience with LLMs and ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face).
• You have knowledge of AI Agents as well as initial project experience.
• You have a strong interest in the latest developments in Generative AI.
• You are motivated to work in an agile team and develop innovative solutions.
• You are keen to regularly collaborate with your colleagues on-site in Karlsruhe.
• You will complement our team with excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Flexible working hours

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
