Job description
- Design, implement, and configure SAP IBP solutions (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP / IBP for Response & Supply)
- Lead business and functional workshops, translating business requirements into robust SAP IBP solutions
- Prepare functional designs and support system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (SAP S/4HANA, CPI, master data)
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing senior-level consulting and recommendations
- Support and mentor junior consultants, contributing to internal capability building
- Participate in presales activities, including effort estimations, solution design, and demos
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP IBP or SAP APO / Supply Chain Planning (depending on level of expertise)
- Proven track record in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (forecasting, demand & supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP)
- Solid business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with SAP IBP integrations with SAP S/4HANA (CPI, CPI-DS is a plus)
