Mobile Framework Engineer (Android)

You'll join the Mobile Platform Core team, helping us to drive our efforts to deliver an innovative mobile client framework to support app development for a variety of solutions as a mobile framework developer., * Work on our Android Framework to develop our mobile client framework, where we expose native and exclusive functionalities and tools for developers using React Native to build their applications.

• Contribute to the enhancement of the mobile client platform architecture with a performance-minded approach, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
• Keep up to date with changes in Android development so that you bring the latest solutions to the platform. Use what you learn to participate in the design and development of new mobile client platform features.
• Establish a sophisticated toolchain & toolset for App Developers to continuously work with latest versions of our mobile client framework based on the most recent React Native development stack.
• Help increase automated test coverage to facilitate reliable and quicker iterations of feature releases, enhancing both process and technical aspects of development. Support continuous improvements in methodology and technology, maintain the toolchain and test environments, and ensure high-quality standards by testing and reviewing code developed within the team.
• Collaborate with internal & external development teams using our mobile client platform to share knowledge and best practices and to exchange experiences to develop the framework further.

Do you have experience in iOS development?, * Proactivity and curiosity to conduct research and improve independently.

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science Fundamentals.
• Experience in native development on Android using Java.
• Strong communication & team player skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Basic knowledge & experience in development of frameworks.
• Knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript & React Native.
• Experience setting up/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing automated test suites
• Experience with native development in iOS using Swift, or the Windows Unified Platform is a plus.
