We are seeking a skilled Computer & Phone Repair Technician with excellent customer service skills to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electronic devices, including computers and smartphones. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand tools, and a solid understanding of computer hardware and networking. - Use hand tools and specialised equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble devices accurately.

- Conduct computer networking setups, including configuring routers, switches, and other network components.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Schematics?, * Proven experience in computer repair, equipment repair or related technical roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools for delicate repairs.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of computer networking principles and equipment setup.
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently on various electronic devices.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and repair procedures.
- Good communication skills to assist customers effectively and explain technical issues clearly.
