AI Engineer

• You will be responsible for building and improving AI agent systems designed to solve practical financial problems using real data sources.
• Design and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Integrate LLM technologies (OpenAI or similar) into production environments.
• Build chat-based interfaces capable of performing real tasks rather than simple conversational outputs.
• Work with structured and unstructured data including Excel files, SQL databases, APIs and documentation.
• Design and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases.
• Develop reliable prompts and tool-calling workflows for agent-based systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code and support system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate within a small technical team with strong ownership over product development and architecture.

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Proven experience building AI-powered systems used in production environments.

• Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
• Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or similar.
• Experience designing agent-style architectures rather than single prompt workflows.
• Strong understanding of backend development, APIs, and SQL databases.
• Experience designing prompts focused on problem-solving and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with RAG systems and vector databases.
• Experience using Docker and GitHub workflows.
• Commercial-grade engineering mindset including testing, logging, and clean architecture.
