Job description

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?As an Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the Information Management team, supporting them in delivering compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Your day to day will include:

-Managing project documentation within our Common Data Environment (CDE) following ISO 19650 standards

-Providing training and ongoing support to project teams and external stakeholders

-Validating and curating all incoming and outgoing project documentation

-Creating status reports on workflows and maintaining digital dashboards

-Nurturing relationships with project teams and stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements

You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams

-You're experienced with Electronic Document Management Systems such as Asite or Viewpoint

-You're confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

-You have a detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and accuracy
