Job description
We're seeking a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to join our Student Service Delivery team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, people-focused IT role at the heart of campus life, supporting the digital services that enable students to learn, connect and succeed. Our team plays a vital role in shaping the student experience - not just by fixing issues, but by building confidence, improving digital skills, and creating welcoming, reliable technology-enabled spaces. This fixed-term role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a short space of time. You'll be an experienced IT support professional who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment, is confident explaining technical concepts clearly, and takes pride in helping others develop their digital capability. Experience with Microsoft technologies, networking fundamentals, and incident management is essential; ITIL or Microsoft certifications are desirable but not required. What you'll be doing;
- Delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support (with some 3rd line assistance) to students and staff, both on-site and remotely
- Supporting core technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and campus networks
- Maintaining and enhancing student-facing IT services, spaces and platforms, contributing to service management and continuous improvement
- Sharing knowledge through informal training, clear documentation, and day-to-day collaboration that builds digital confidence across the community
