Application User Support Engineer

You will support the migration to our new operational software applications (set up, compliance and verification, administration, master data management, user acceptance testing) and support our organization in their use of the operational software applications

The assignment

• Provide first level user support for the users of the operational/manufacturing applications.
• Analyze and categorize resolved issues to identify structural gaps/problems in collaboration with the applications development team.
• Validate approval requests based on standardized processes/workflows.
• Assist in/perform user acceptance testing & regression testing with end-users.
• Manage master data for test cases and set up master data for business objects based on approved workflows., We offer you an exciting temporary assignment in which you will be part of a community that makes the impossible possible. • Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential in our international environment.
• Strong (technical) communication skills, you can translate between technical description and business use.
• Prior experience with issue management and workflow systems is a strong asset
• Prior experience with manufacturing systems is a strong asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
