Job description
- Analyze requirements carefully and thoughtfully - good analytical skills are essential;
- Create test scenarios for both functional and non-functional testing;
- Test components of the crypto billing system (and services);
- Write automated tests for API and backend in Python (minimal manual testing);
- Maintain and develop the Python automation framework;
- Review automation code from your teammates;
- Keep testing documentation up to date and assist with project documentation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Test automation?, We are looking for a backend QA Automation Engineer with strong Python skills and over 5 years of testing experience and 3+ years of Python experience. Knowledge in blockchain/fintech is extremally important. Experience in billing systems is a big plus., You have:
- Solid skills in test analysis and test design;
- Strong experience in Python automation;
- Good understanding of API testing;
- Experience with non-functional testing;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Confident working in the Linux shell (basic scripting, log analysis, managing services).
Highly preferred:
- Experience testing billing or similar systems;
- Personal experience with crypto;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems;
- Basic SQL skills for checking developer queries and analyzing migrations., * Intelligent, scholarly and intellectually curious
- Confident and supports perspectives with logical arguments
- Great analytical skills and structured thinking
