Tasks

• Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to build solutions.
• Develop cross-platform mobile experiences with AI-driven features.
• Create scalable backend services in Python to support mobile functions., Focus: Development of the Smart Helper app ecosystem using advanced AI technologies to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities worldwide.

Your role:

• Close collaboration with a solution architect and DevOps engineer, product owners, as well as technology and business consultants.
• Develop mobile AI solutions: Create cross-platform native mobile experiences (iOS/Android) and integrated intelligent features such as personalized chat interfaces, AI-powered matchmaking, and predictive analytics.
• Backend Development: Build robust Python APIs and services to support mobile features, manage LLM orchestration, and handle complex business logic.
• AI Integration: Implement and optimize LLM integrations using modern frameworks for agent-based workflows, RAG patterns, and contextual AI interactions.
• Data Architecture: Develop scalable, privacy-focused solutions with modern databases and cloud infrastructure to handle sensitive personal data and real-time user interactions.
• Mobile UX Excellence: Create intuitive, accessible mobile interfaces that work seamlessly across all devices, with special attention to accessibility standards (WCAG, native accessibility APIs).
• Rapid Iteration: Use agile methods to deliver features quickly - from prototype to production - based on direct feedback from beta users.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth mobile performance, efficient API usage, and optimal battery/data consumption.

• Experience in mobile development, Python, and AI technologies.
• Strong skills in mobile UX design and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and performance optimization.
