Design Engineer

We are looking for a Design Engineer willing to join our Technical department to take care of the design and sizing of the plant machinery with the required quality within schedule and budgets constraints.

You will carry on the following activities:

• Preparation of technical documentation and technical descriptions in accordance with national and international standards and guidelines, as well as CAD and Pro.File guidelines
• Independent review and development of design drafts and technical documents related to plant engineering
• Design work and preparation of plant layouts and drafts
• Management of design projects and coordination of external engineering offices
• Communication with internal interfaces as well as customers and cooperation partners

Do you have experience in SAP?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Training in metalworking and/or a Bachelor's degree or technical qualification with a focus on design

• Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in preparing technical specifications for procurement processes and creating technical documentation
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, MS Office; PDM Pro.File is desirable
• Knowledge of applicable industry standards
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Good German and English skills
• Flexibility, sense of responsibility, independent working style, and strong teamwork skills
