Job description
- Tracking Design: Define event schemas, naming conventions, and analytics requirements for new product features;
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with PMs, Frontend, and Backend engineers to ensure tracking logic is implemented correctly;
- Data Integrity: Validate the end-to-end pipeline (Frontend * Backend * Database * Snowflake) to prevent data loss or logic inconsistencies;
- Monitoring & Support: Detect and resolve tracking anomalies; support Insight Analysts by maintaining clean, structured data;
- Documentation: Maintain tracking plans, metric definitions, and data quality standards.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Strong SQL, Python experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses;
- Expertise: Solid grasp of event-based tracking, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines;
- Soft Skills: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset with the ability to translate product logic into technical data structures;
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work across engineering and product teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming or high-traffic consumer tech;
- Familiarity with tracking tools (GA, BigQuery, ClickHouse).
