Do you have experience in SaaS?, We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team of Product Specialists. Your mission? To provide exceptional technical support, ensuring our clients get the most out of Doofinder's solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment, developing technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while collaborating with different business areas., * Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Elixir, PHP, Java, Python or any other programming language.
• Experience in technical problem-solving or web technologies.
• Training in web-based technologies or programming.
