Data Strategy & Cloud Architecture
- Platform Management: Oversee and optimize our enterprise data warehouse environment utilizing Snowflake/Databricks across multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure).
- Data Governance & Security: Establish and enforce data governance, quality standards, and security protocols across all cloud platforms to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Project & Team Management
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to keep the data team aligned and productive.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical data concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Experience: 10+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or a closely related technical field, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or project management role.
- Project Management: Strong background in managing technical projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- Languages: Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of Python or other scripting languages used in data engineering., * Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster).
