Job description
Responsible for the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Digital Space operational systems, namely POPX serviceNow supporting business users and reporting needs.
This is a Hybrid role working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday from both home and our Newark Office.
Responsibilities

Ownership of data quality within serviceNow incl. CMDB, Company & Customer Assets

Supporting and Improving knowledge within the DS operational teams incl. Tech Support, CS, OM, SDM

SME for Order Management

Highlighting areas of system improvement

serviceNow reports and Dashboards SME assisting business users

Power BI Report Generation for key business reports.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Knowledge of serviceNow or similar software

Ability to build relationships at many levels within the organisation

Good troubleshooting skills

Pro-active and able to use own initiative
