We are a growing construction and insurance claims business seeking a reliable and organised Operations Support Administrator to assist with day-to-day operational activities.
This is a key support role helping to keep projects, documentation, and communications running smoothly., * Assisting with job scheduling and coordinating contractors

Managing insurance claim documentation and file updates

Liaising with clients, insurers, and suppliers

Supporting with answering phone calls and managing the mailbox

Supporting the operations team with ad hoc tasks
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator (phone and email)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Able to prioritise tasks and work independently

Previous experience in construction, property, or insurance (desirable but not essential)
