Job description

We are a growing construction and insurance claims business seeking a reliable and organised Operations Support Administrator to assist with day-to-day operational activities.

This is a key support role helping to keep projects, documentation, and communications running smoothly., * Assisting with job scheduling and coordinating contractors

  • Managing insurance claim documentation and file updates

  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and suppliers

  • Supporting with answering phone calls and managing the mailbox

  • Supporting the operations team with ad hoc tasks

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator (phone and email)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Able to prioritise tasks and work independently

  • Previous experience in construction, property, or insurance (desirable but not essential)
