Are you passionate about turning data into decisions that make a real difference? We're looking for an Asset Data Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of Accent's property and asset management.
In this pivotal role, you'll:
- Use your analytical mindset and Excel expertise (pivot tables, advanced formulas - Power Query is a bonus!) to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer safety, fire safety, and planned maintenance programs are delivered effectively.
- Leverage data to support budgeting decisions, optimise asset performance, and contribute to better homes data for our customers.
- Play a key part in ensuring our homes are safe, sustainable, and aligned with our mission to provide exceptional customer outcomes.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Pivot tables?, * You'll bring strong analytical capability and confidence working with large datasets, using advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, complex formulas and XLookups) to present data clearly and consistently.
- You'll have a solid understanding of GDPR and data protection, alongside experience with BI tools to support insight-led decision making.
- Ability to interpret technical information
- Ideally, you'll bring a broad understanding of key housing concepts such as Net Present Value, the HHSRS, and the Good Homes Standard, along with an interest in how these translate into better outcomes for residents.
- You'll also be comfortable working with energy efficiency and sustainability metrics, helping us make informed decisions about the long-term quality and performance of our homes.
- A relevant degree-level background will support your ability to turn complex data and technical information into clear, meaningful insight that benefits our customers, our homes, and the organisation as a whole.

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
