Job description

  • Drive visibility and execution of key operational and transformative data science initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to identify long-term plans, priorities, and critical focus areas
  • Align technical roadmaps with organizational OKRs and business objectives
  • Prepare and present summary reports on milestones, status, and success metrics for the portfolio
  • Develop and streamline processes for project intake and resource balancing
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources across multiple projects and teams
  • Monitor and improve adherence to deadlines, reduce delays, and increase project throughput
  • Leverage advanced analytical techniques to draw insights from structured and unstructured data
  • Guide teams in analytical design, modeling, and data visualization to support decision-making
  • Apply emerging quantitative tools and techniques to enhance research conclusions
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, IDC Pillars)
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and planning sessions to define key focus areas
  • Ensure consistent messaging and communication across the organization
  • Track progress to key results and ensure delivery on commitments
  • Provide ongoing support for production incidents and requests
  • Drive improvements in systems, processes, and tools to enhance portfolio performance
