Job description
- Use Figma together with modern AI tooling (large language models, MCP based agents etc.) to go from design to interactive prototypes that users can actually click
- Continuously explore and evaluate new AI and automation tools that can speed up UX workflows, from ideation to testable prototypes
- Create personas, scenarios and user flows
- Conduct user research
- Organize and perform user tests to evaluate your design
- Be able to communicate your design to multiple stakeholders internal and external
- Be in constant exchange with product manager/owner and developers
- Leading a team of UX/UI designers
Requirements
- Professional experience in UX/UI (min. 3 years)
- Experience with Design tools such as Figma
- Jira and Scrum should not be foreign to you
- Fluent English is required - German is a plus
- Experience in leading a team of designers
- Experience in driving and executing UX/UI strategies
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, communication skills
- Self-management and thinking out of the box
- Healthcare experience would be desirable but is not required

The minimum salary for this position is € 45.000,-- gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement in Austria, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
