UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and continuously improving the user experience of digital applications. The role combines user research, service design, and interface prototyping (mobile-first), ensuring solutions align with real user needs and accessibility standards. Working closely with analysts, developers, and stakeholders, the consultant drives iterative design processes and maintains the design system to deliver consistent, high-quality digital experiences., The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

User Research & Requirements Analysis

• Analyze user needs and understand their environment
• Define and plan research methods (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user testing)
• Participate in participant recruitment and data collection
• Translate research insights into actionable design requirements

UX & UI Design

• Propose user-centered design solutions
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes (mobile-first approach)
• Collaborate with analysts and developers during implementation
• Ensure delivered applications meet user expectations

Design Governance & Accessibility

• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
• Maintain and update the Design System
• Contribute to Service Design initiatives using iterative methodologies

Do you have experience in UI design?, Expert knowledge of Figma

• Confirmed experience with:

• Adobe XD
• Axure
• Conceptboard
• Mentimeter

• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards

• Experience in mobile-first prototyping
